Returns/Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer direct exchanges by mail. To replace an item, return the original item and then purchase a new one in a separate transaction. If you need assistance with this process, contact us. Please note: Clearance or discontinued items in different colors or sizes than originally purchased may not be available for the same price. We also do not accept returns on personalized merchandise or special orders.

RETURNS

You can return a product through the mail or by coming into the store at 21 South Main Street in Hanover.

All items must be returned with tags in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance, except in the event of a shipping error. We strongly suggest obtaining a tracking number. To make the process easier, please have or include your invoice and/or your order number. If you are a student Co-op Member, please include your membership number.
