Our Dartmouth Co-op Guarantee is s that you must be satisfied with any product you purchase or you can exchange it or return it for a replacement or a refund. However, please note: we do not accept returns on personalized merchandise or special orders.
You can return a product through the mail or by coming into the store at 21 South Main Street in Hanover.
To make the process easier, please have or include your invoice and/or your order number. If you are a student Co-op Member, please include your membership number.
If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the size and/or color you would like to have us ship. If you wish to exchange an item for a different item, please tell us the item number of the product you wish to receive, along with a size and color. If there is a difference in price between the exchanged and original items, we will either credit you the difference using your original payment method, or you will need to provide your credit card information to us so we can charge you the increased amount. We do not pay for shipping charges when you send a product back; we charge a reduced flat rate of $6 to ship out exchanged merchandise. You can provide us with credit card information or send a check or money order to cover the $6 charge.

Please follow the same procedures if sending in a product for repair. Please clean any used merchandise before sending it to us for repair.
