Our Dartmouth Co-op Guarantee is that you must be satisfied with any product you purchase or you can exchange it in our store or return it for a replacement or a refund. However, please note: we do not accept returns on personalized merchandise or special orders.
You can return a product through the mail or by coming into the store at 21 South Main Street in Hanover.
All items must be returned with tags in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance, except in the event of a shipping error. We strongly suggest obtaining a tracking number. To make the process easier, please have or include your invoice and/or your order number. If you are a student Co-op Member, please include your membership number.
To exchange your item for something else, it is best to return your item for a full refund of the original purchase price and place a new order through our website. That way you get your new item quickly and don't risk it selling out. As always free to contact us if you have any questions.
