When you place an order, it usually ships within 24 hours. During the holiday season, orders can take up to 48 hours to process before shipping.

Special Order items are marked as such, with individual shipping amounts separate from the rest of the order.

We ship via USPS or UPS for standard shipping orders. Saturday and Sunday are not standard delivery days. We can ship things on Friday to arrive on Saturday via "Saturday Overnight" and such delivery is +$10 more than standard overnight charges. There is no equivalent service like "Saturday Second Day Air" or "Saturday 3-Day Select" or "Saturday Ground Delivery."

If the weight of your purchase exceeds five pounds when you want expedited delivery or if the item you select is oversized, please request rates by e-mail: customer.service@dartmouthcoop.com

International shipments require a call (800-634-2667) or a request for rates by e-mail to: customer.service@dartmouthcoop.com. Duty and taxes on international orders are usually assessed by local officials and billed to you separately. Please check with your customs office for information on duty, taxes and restrictions. You may find it cheaper to ship your order to an address in the United States and have the package forwarded by a friend in a cheaper fashion than the shipping methods we use for international shipments.

You can ship your purchase to multiple addresses. You can provide detailed shipping instructions when you Check Out. Each separate shipment to a different address will be charged separate shipping charges.

Standard packages are shipped with automatically sent tracking emails. Most of the special order vendors we use for shipping such orders have the capacity to track shipments and we can supply tracking numbers upon request. If you wish to track your shipment and haven't received the tracking number already, please email us at customer.service@dartmouthcoop.com and we will provide your Tracking Number and the appropriate web address for you to access for further information.
